According to the report, violent clashes erupted between protesters and police in Kathmandu, Nepal, on Monday, September 8, leading to the deaths of at least six demonstrators. The protests broke out against government corruption and a recent ban on social media, including Facebook, X, and YouTube. Authorities claim that the companies failed to comply with government oversight demands, while protesters say the move is meant to destroy freedom of expression and silence opponents.

This protest is against corruption and bad leadership, not against the social media ban. It is a deadly protest; the government should listen to the people via TV live to clear something they want from the corrupt government.

Political leaders in most countries are exploiting their own country men for their vested interest and therefore they try their best to curb free expression.

That's only one minor cause, the major cause is the corruption done by the Nepalese government. The young students lead the protest, They need their government to listen to their demands. One is government reform, to improve their economy which is hindered by corruption.
