Sometimes service businesses get excess orders they cannot fulfill. How do these businesses deal with excess of orders, do they just decline, hire additional staff or share with competition?
Most of them usually get external help, they give some of the work to other companies to help them or they simply hire extra hands to cover some of them.
Hiring more staff is not a feasible option for many small businesses since they get the additional orders only a few times in a month or less frequently.
It's the main purpose do almost every entrepreneur to make more and more sales on their businesses. However there reach a time where there are more sales on excessive demand that oftenly cause a lot of shortages across the business.
For me l can say that, every entrepreneur dreams for more and more orders. So in event of excess orders, it's the responsibility for the entrepreneurs to take advantage of that and leverage through that.
