Depression can have a significant impact on many areas of a person’s life. It can affect his emotions. Feelings of sadness, hopelessness, worthlessness, and guilt. Concerning his thoughts, he may have difficulty concentrating, making decisions, and remembering things. His behavior may include loss of interest in hobbies, social withdrawal, and changes in sleep and appetite. About his physical health, he will always feel fatigued, aches, and pains. It is important to remember that depression is a treatable condition, and seeking help can make a huge difference.
