There are times when you connect to WiFi or data but the message device is connected to network cant provide internet comes up. This thing is very confusing because you see the network is there but the net is not opening, it's like the saying the chicken is there but the eggs are not.

The cause of this problem is often the router is frozen or the DNS settings are wrong, it could also be that your ISP is having downtime. Sometimes it's your device that has stored a bad cache or has lost a clean IP address.

The solution is easy. Try restarting your router or phone. Change the DNS settings to use public like Google DNS. Also check if your ISP has an issue.
