Did you ever encounter with cheaters in wholesale market?

Being an owner of small retail shop, usually I need to go to wholesale market. I usually purchase items in bulk from some specific wholesalers. I found some cheater wholesalers there, as when they see some new shopkeepers, they give them item on retail price, and due to bulk purchases all of them don't calculate it.

I have never experienced cheaters on the wholesale market. What l have seen is the sellers hiking up the prices for the products.

I always know that buying things at wholesell is cheap

I experienced it here in my place. I bought one sack of rice good for 3 months consumption. It was first class rice. It's expensive compared to other brands. I trusted the seller but when I arrived home my sister checked the contents only to see it's not the one I paid. I returned it with a police. And I was refunded but the police ordered to refund my gasoline back and forth and the police charge. The seller was terrified. She signed the pledged paper prepared by the police which stated that if the said rice wholesale seller committed the same mistake he will be arrested.

I know in business if you are not careful you get cheated. So I always try to avoid that by being very careful

The experience I had wasn't checked by my bodyguard. It was one sack of rice and it was so unfair to open it because it was not my first time buying from that rice seller. He was also a victim of the rice supplier.

That's always the problem you buy things that might not be too good at the end of the day which is too bad

There are unavoidable situations no matter how careful we are. Like my experience of that one sack rice. I experienced in the other rice store. I bought half sack. The sack was locked. When my sister opened it at home the rice inside the sack is loaded with worms.It seems old stock so I returned with a police and the rice seller was terrified .

I have experienced cheaters on various levels, but I don't think I have ever experienced one when it comes to wholesales.

I have and in multiple times encountered with such type of rogue traders. It's very disheartening for sure.

I have seen situations where wholesalers put defective goods in the bulk of goods purchased. That is an automatic loss to the buyer.
