Almost all online retailers in my city do not offer payment on delivery. Customers have to make payment when they place the order.

Yes we have customers like that who fail to pay for the delivery fee so what I do is to add everything together.

It depends on the policy of the seller but the usual practice here is cash on delivery, to give chance to buyers to retract in case the order is fake.
Most people would refuse to pay when the goods delivered don't match to the ones on the displays before making ordes

I will never pay my order that is not correct. It happened three times already and the seller felt ashamed for not being honest to her customers.

Most people are really doing that just to try scam the online merchants for sure.

The merchants are the ones scamming people by sending the order wrong. I ordered branded shoes and delivered to me was a box of plastic bottles. So , I did not pay .
