Many people say that health insurance will cover medical expenses, yet many ordinary citizens who make health insurance claims, find that the claim is rejected despite paying the premium for several years. Has any anyone filed a health insurance claim?

Most of these insurance companies tend to look for ways to reject their clients, while i have not experienced this myself, i have heard about it before.
