For me l have realised that the SIM service provider that l am using has different tariffs on different SIM cards. Have you experienced such a situation in your case?

Yes! Your observation is true! If you are using 4G or 5G, the subscription rate need to be high because your smartphone is more likely to consume data than 3G network.
