Based on what have read on your posts, I guess you like to play a role of victim and all of the people have wronged you and you are the only right person.
Some people are of course dishonest but dishonesty is not a company culture.

Yes you are correct.You cannot trust people.Every one looking out for tbemselves.Some people are so enviuos and badmind.They dont want you to excel above them
