Do you actually budget for tithes and other offerings on your monthly budgets?

This goes for the religious people that are supposed to pay for tithes and other offerings in the different houses for worship.Do you actually budget for that?

There should be no exceptions when it comes to budgeting. you would spend on them so you need to budget for them
