For me l can say that the cost of living and more especially the cost of food is actually draining the most money and leave most of the low to middle income earners stay broke ever for that matter.

Inflation in my city is not very high. The rate is about 2-2.2%. The cost of foods has only raised slightly. Most people can afford them.

I agree with you, cost of good now is very high. I worry for those with large family. They are really struggling which is worrisome
