I am one person that loves to have peace. And one thing that can take away peace from a person is bills. That is why I love to clear my bills in advance. If I can. I do three months advance for major bills. It gives me peace of mind.

Bills here like water, current and internet are billed monthly. There is no advance payment. Advance payment could be applicable once having a loan in the bank, or tuition fees.

We don't have advance payment facility for bills like water, electricity, utility etc. We can pay only when we get the bill and the payment window is open. Wherever I can, I do that. I pay the whole semester fees for both my daughter's college in advance at the beginning of the session. They also give some concession when we pay in bulk in the beginning.

It is also the same here: no advance payment for water, internet, and current bills except for those already mentioned, like loans and tuition fees. They could be made in advance. I like a tuition feel that is fully paid in one semester. The feeling is so relaxed
