Yes! I concur with you! But frugality should not be practiced to extreme to avoid putting our health in jeopardy. Some people in attempt to save money endangers their health. It is wrong and economically stupidity.
Living in frugality will help you to save money, but if you do not make investment, it is hard to achieve financial freedom.
