I used to go to a travel agency for booking my trips, but after discovering the ease and convenience of online booking, I have made it my go-to option.
Yes, all the time, booking my flight online gives me some amount of price discount, so I make sure to use those discounts, and yeah, I really enjoy the discounts.
We bought it last year for travel in Milano. It was better since agency headquaters is 250km away.

Since I usually travel by road most of the times, I usually go to the park to book my ticket on the day of my travel, rather than doing it online.
The first times, when I didn't understand anything, I used travel company guides, but now it's so convenient that it doesn't make sense anymore. You can also use cashback services
