Do you charge your cellular phone while you are using it? Do you think it is dangerous to do it? Many said that it is not safe to charge a cellular phone while using it. I've seen in TV a cellular phone exploded while being charged and used by the owner. She was electrocuted but that time she was wet when she called someone.

I'm charging my cellular phone while using it when I forgot to charge it ahead of time. I seldom do it though. What can you say?

Water is a good conductor of electricity and so she got electrocuted. I always charge my phone while its not in use.

I do not speak on the mobile when it is being charged. However I may be using it for some of the apps or for playing music, streaming when it is being charged, I use multiple smartphones and also have power banks for charging the smartphones.

I know it is wrong but I do it. Over here our power supply is not stable, whenever they give us light, it can go off at anytime, so we don't really have the luxury of patiently waiting for our phones to charge well before use.

That is a very good advantage while the current is still on . A case like yours having the off and on current, I may do the same.

That is true there are incidents cellular phones explode while charging. The cause of the explosion is fake charger. There are merchants from China selling fake gadgets.
