For me l rarely consider the addition of the entertainment on my daily to do list of activities. I mostly check in the most important things and forget entertaining myself.
For me I always make sure there are movies I can watch daily. This is because while working most times I always love hearing the sound of movies, or when I want to take a break. I can simply watch a movie.
I like watching movies or TV series, so I watch one for 30 minutes to an hour every day. It helps me to de-stress, especially when I am feeling sad or depressed.
