Are you doing this to your workers deducting their salaries for important matters like tax, social security for their pension and or a housing loan?

You will be a great manager if you are doing this. It's for your workers futurity, so when they retire many years after, they could have pension thru the social security system. Your employees will also be thankful to you for letting them pay their housing loan through payroll deduction. They will retire with with a stable emotion because they can have a home when they retire. Usually, the number of years for a housing to get fully paid is 25 years. What can you say?

The pay should be good so that such deduction can be possible.

I deducted my staffs salary for their SSS or social security system. That is for their future once they reach old age, they will have monthly pension. I also deduct from them payment for tax. It's a one time deduction only. It's only 50 %, the remaining is shouldered by the business.

Yes deduction for tax is pretty common, most companies do this from time to time. This one is a good one and the staffs can't really complain about this one.
That is right and it will be the company's accountant to file the income tax for the employees, likewise the computations. It is better that way than going to the BIR and pay the tax.
