I have made the decision to disable notifications from certain applications, particularly those associated with social media, as they tend to cause a disturbance. LOL. How about you?
I feel you, those notifications get in to my nerves. Lol, i disable most of my social media notifications except few apps, sometimes in the middle of the night i hear a vibration and when i see my phone it turns out to be a notification.
I just disable notifications for telegram groups. Those notifications are unnecessary because the messages there might not be directed to me. I think that's about the only notifications I disable on my phone.

I havedisable Phoenix app because once my phone is connected, it will start to send hundreds of ads to my phone. I suppose to uninstall the app but it is preinstalled to my phone.
