Do you do some exercise or control your diet for weight control?

Most people nowadays control their diet to lose weight as they don't have the time for exercise. I however do both. I spend an hour everyday doing yoga and control my diet too. I don't take rice or wheat once a week, control my fat intake too?What do you do to control weight?
 
I try to maintain my fitness regime by using the simple exercise equipment I bought a few months ago. Furthermore, I am mindful of my rice intake and usually stick with brown or black rice. When my budget allows, I opt for adlai or shiritake rice for my chronic condition.
