Do you find it difficult getting qualified staff for your business?

A friend of mine that's owns a building construction company complained to me that he is having a hard time finding qualified people for his construction company. I was just shocked as unemployment rate is very high here.

If you were to hire a staff for your business, do you think you would have any difficulties finding qualified staff?!

This is always the problem but this is where the big money comes in. you would make more money with it

For my kind of business, the only way you are getting qualified staff is to train them yourself. Qualified people for my kind of job are not really much.
