Do you find the talking softly to customers a very big deal to you?

When you had decided to do Businesses you must learn how to handle customers very well, having good listening and speaking skills is deemed as the game changer for sure.

It is not a big deal for me to talk calmly with my customers. I am a soft talker and I won't be aggressive with customers in speech.

No i don't find this a big deal in anyway, the only time i might have issues with this is when they are testing my Patience, and i am trying to control myself.
