I do not follow podcats and I seldom do it. I prefer to read the news and read books. I followed one for one year but that podcast stopped, and then I lost interest in watching another podcast.
I follow one guy who regularly hosts podcasts on YouTube and he is interesting because he tells some stories but no one knows if it is true or not but they are all very interesting
