Do you give a mid - year bonus to your staff?

May I know if you give a mid-year bonus to your staff? Apart from Christmas bonus are your staff also entitled to receive a mid - year bonus?It might be yes or no answer from you. In my case I give my two staff a mid - year bonus not big unlike during Christmas. I only have two staff so I can afford to give them a Christmas bonus worth $100. Without them and their loyalty, I cannot be able to manage my offline business.

I don't give mid-year bonuses to my staff, but bonuses are given on certain occasions and big days. So I have to see the sales before giving bonuses, when sales are high employees will get bonuses,

I don't have staffs at the moment, but when i finally do, this i something i would love to do, probably on a yearly basis for a start.

I have only apprentices at the moment. And I regularly give them bonuses almost on a weekly basis. It feels good to see them happy with the little bonus I give.
