Do you care to give a Christmas bonus to your staff? Companies and offices here in the Philippines big or small full time or part time give Christmas bonuses to their workers. Anyway it depends on each countries culture.

In my small business which has two staff, I give Christmas bonus. I will release it on Saturday. At least they could still have time to do shopping. I already told my staff and from that moment onward their faces were full of excitement. The two of them will receive $200. They do not yet the amount of the bonus they will receive.

Yeah, it's known in my country about Chinese New Year, in fact our national government declared Chinese New Year a nonworking holiday. There are millions Chinese here in the Philippines.
