In my business, I have a consistent big customer that always puts smiles on my face when he makes a call that he is coming around. He doesn't argue prices. And he buys plenty. And still gives me a tip.

I have that big customer that always patronizes me. She orders from the nation's capital and she always make big order of dresses for her whole family every month.
