Do you have a daily time table or schedule, deciding how much time you will spend every day on various activities and tasks ? If yes, are you able to follow the schedule which you have planned for yourself?

I have a list of activities i do every day, but don't have a set time as to when to do or complete them.

I try to make a To Do List and attach timelines to it. It helps me to stay focused on what I am doing at every point.

My daily timetable just involves me going to work for eight hours in a day. I don't order what I do at work.
