It's essential to build a good relationship with your staff. They will not be afraid to approach you, in case something malicious happen to your business. Some business owners build a bridge with their staff to mean dominance and status symbol as the boss. It should be noted that you need to think smart before you act or else, your staff lost their moral. Being in a good relationship with the staff means you're diplomatic and kind. The staff will always be loyal to you and work harder even without appreciation. That's the world of the good karma if you're good to your staff.

That's the right thing to do. it is good to try and have a good relationship with everyone around you even with your staff. Nothing wrong with it
Yes, that is right; there is also nothing wrong if bid a good friendly relations with your staff. The more they will work harder and appreciate you too without mental reservations.

At the moment i do not have any staffs working under me, but when i do, having a good relationship with them would be extremely important.

Our staff is like family members so they must be treated with respect and kindness. Our staff will remain loyal and supportive to us. They will try their best to retain the customers, This will be achieved if the workers are motivated because of the good relationship with the business owner.

I am in a good relationship with my two staff of my milk tea business. I can't do it for I'm having a work. I pay them on time. I also give them their Christmas bonus. It's essential to be good with our staff to gain respect.

really cool leader because caring for employees is the secret to a long-lasting business. If you give someone their salary on time and a bonus on top they work hard. The respect you get makes them not steal from you even when you're not there. Your generosity is what will make the milk tea business flourish and give you more profit.

Your staff will leave you if you are toxic to them. Respect begets respect, and that is one way to build a good and strong relationship with the staff. Don't act arrogantly, they will despise and badmouth you.
