Do you have a monthly budget?

Hello, I noticed that many of us have a monthly budget that they work under, I was wondering what if there is an emergency, how do you handle such situations and what about celebration, how are they done?

For now I do not have a monthly budget I work with, this is because what I earn on monthly basis is not fixed.

I do not set a monthly budget, but I have a rough estimate of how much I should spend. I never spend more than I earn.
