For any business that receives and processes orders, a refund policy is very important and you must make every customer know and understand your refund policy. That's the mistakes that most entrepreneurs make and they end up with all kinds of conflicts when fulfilling an order for a customer.

I have my own refund policy and I clearly let every customer that places an order to know. You don't get any refunds if my products stay with you beyond 3 hours before you make a complaint and return it. I wouldn't be liable or consider returning any part of your payments.

Do you have a refund policy for your business? What is it like?
 
For my business I don't really have a return policy since it's more of graphic works and customized items. Though you have the right to return a customized Item if it's not what you asked for.
 
For my poultry business, when once you have received the chicken or the egg I deliver to you, there is nothing like refunding. You have the right to not accept it from the dispatch rider if it is not up to your taste.
Yes once it has gotten to the customer, it no longer make sense to start asking for refund again. Some customers can be funny like that though.
