Refund policies are terms that a customer can leverage on to demand refunds for a product purchased from a seller. A refund policy is very important for an online store and most online businesses have one.

I do not run an online business. But the online retailer I patronize has a refund policy. I think this is important to get the trust of customers.

Refund policy is one of the ways that caused so many businesses to go bankruptcy. For me l wouldn't have the needy to include it in my business policies.
