I have a new online business and it's not a joke. I need a staff for my online business selling of printed t-shirts and branded shoes. I am thankful it's my summer vacation so I could plan well what to do to minimise my effort. I hired one staff the t-shirt artist printer. His pay is $3 per t-shirt printing. At least I can help him in his studies. He's good at designing being an architecture student at the university.

Yes actually I have people who work for me now but they are still under my supervision so I pay them to discharge those function perfectly and I pay them wages

Same here I might not want to hire anyone unless it is really necessary and I have to pay the person well

I can't afford to hire stuff for my online business. I run it alone. Maybe in future I will afford to hire as that would mean that the business is getting s lot of customers. The business is growing, but not enough to allow me to hire.
