Do you have an app or site you use for organizing?

It turns out there are now sites you can use in organizating most of your activities and plans. I have never tried one them though but do you have any experience with such kind of apps?

I only use the calendar app to organize and set my activities, but still i don't use it that much, and if i fear that i will forget the thing i set alarm to remind me, but never used the organizing app or websites.

I use some apps for organizing tasks, such as Todoist. In terms of note-taking, Evernote. I will do more research on the latest apps or websites that I can use next year.
