The business risk management plan is very important for everyone that conducts business.
The plan is normal set in place for risk mitigation on the business.

For me l have never thought of having one before. My first grocery business that l had started collapsed probably it was caused by that because the business had incurred so much losses.

Of course every businessman will anticipate the risk of loss with the aim of minimizing the risk of loss. As a food trader, I don't cook excessively, we have to measure the daily turnover and production must also be adjusted.

At the moment I am currently setting up some plans against losses, cause when running a business losses might likely happen. I am also working on looking for other ways to get income as well so I won't rely on my business alone to generate income.

I have a risk management plan for my business which involves booking for advanced stock not to be delivered but held by the supplier in case there is a sudden failure with main production stock, I take delivery of the one held by the supplier.

Your business doesn't have to be one mega business for it to have a risk management system. What if at the end of the day, something really unexpected and nasty happens and you lose even the small business you are trying to build.

For now l don't have any business that l can say l am running. It's a totally mess.
