We do have more than 5 times experience of shifting of our house. It is one of the most difficult thing to which one can encounter. It remain only pleasure able when you shift from rented to own house.

We never experienced it in my family. We have our own home. We have a big ancestral home managed by a relative and every year we meet there for merriments. Renting a home could be a headache paying monthly. It's good if it's ours to serve as our passive income.
