No, I do not hire, I can manage a little and sometimes my nephew assists me in doing it for free. In case I do not have any skill of that, I will surely hire for comfort.

No, I don’t have anyone to help me with graphic work. I handle all the simple design tasks myself. Since my website isn’t making any money yet, I can’t afford to pay someone for these tasks. Maybe when I start earning more, I will consider hiring help, especially when I become busy.
