Do You Invest in Fixed Asset?

Apart from inheriting a farm land, I have no stake on fixed assets. I have never invested in fixed assets. You need a lot of money to invest in fixed assets, therefore, I have not invested in fixed assets. However, if I had money I would certainly invest in fixed assets because it is one of the least risk assets for investment. Do you invest in fixed assets? Have you invested in fixed assets?

The only fixed asset I have is my apartment. It is a good investment. The price of the apartment has appreciated over the years.

It is my desire to have fixed investments like real estate and gold. They are always the surest investment.

I have invested in fixed assets in the form of property, where I bought it with a mortgage, and I have to pay installments every month for 5 years (there are also installments for 10 years), and I receive annual rental income. and currently the price of property has skyrocketed.
