Do you journal your crypto trades to read and reference them later?

So I met someone that keeps a journal of all the crypto trades he has made alongside the outcomes of each one. And the person references these his crypto trading records regularly. Do you think it has any benefits to record your crypto trades for future reference?

This is one aspect of trading mechanism i find difficult to incorporate into my trading arsenals. I don't know the reason i find it difficult to keep records!

No, I don't I only make a not of profit and losses, I try to recover my previous losses through the next trading.

Honestly I think it is too cumbersome to record each of one's crypto transactions.
How about relying on the inbuilt recording mechanisms inside the trading platform one is using?

I don't know how the crypto world works but I think every trade is automatically recorded in your history, such that you can reference them later.
