Do you keep your phone's screen brightness at the highest?

When it comes to smartphones, we can adjust the screen brightness per time to how bright we want the screen to be. Do you keep the brightness of your screen at the very highest? I don't keep mine because it would be too bright for my eyes. Do you keep your screen brightness so high?

I don't keep my screen brightness at the highest point because my screen can be so bright. I rarely ever keep my phone screen at mid level brightness.

I use to keep my screen brightness low because it use to affect my sight. Secondly, it use to run down my battery very fast. During the night i use to on my blue light filter to protect my sight.

It depends, most times I do keep it at the brightest, then there are times I prefer lowering it to a certain level.
