Do you leave your comments after successful app usage?

When you download apps from the app store, do you really leave reviews after the usage for the apps? For me l rarely make reviews for the same, l would rather leave reviews only if l am completing an offer for payment

I sometimes leave reviews of apps that have had a particularly forceful impact on me, whether positive or negative. I especially give negative reviews for apps that are not worthwhile.

There are times where i actually do this, but to be honest, most of the times I don't leave a comment.
