AdSense is probably the most popular way to make money from a website or YouTube channel. It pays for clicks and impressions, and unlike affiliate programs, where you can earn only when someone makes a purchase, AdSense will make you money as long as there are views and ad clicks. You might need a huge traffic to earn huge but you can earn even with small traffic. If you can get at least 1,000 daily visitors, you can start earning modestly.

I was making a lot of money with adsense from 2003 to 2008 after which my account was disabled without giving a valid reason. I have not tried reapplying.

Why haven't you reapplied when you were earning well from AdSense?

I have not tried it, but because of lack of time, I know I may not be able to maintain a YouTube channel or a blog; therefore, I have not tried it.
