Managing a business could be hard if it is big and situated at the interior part of the city where the potential target market is there coming in and out. If your business is small, you can manage it by yourself. If you are a lazy type, and want to always stay in your comfort zone, you may hire a trustworthy personnel. A situation like this might be crucial in your business is allowing your personnel to manage it. Try to ask yourself if your personnel are capable and skilled and can protect the reputation of your business. As much as possible it should be you to manage your small business. You can always do the monitoring of the flow sales daily.

In my milk tea business in the mall I have two staff but they are my family members trustworthy and capable. I will not hire staff I do not know the personal background. Business involves money and reputation is very essential.

At the moment I am managing my business alone, but with time I believe the business would grow to a level where I might need more persons to assist me.

For the first week of the start of my business, I filed leave of absence at work tu train my staff and after a week the two staff can manage without my supervision. I drop by every 5 in the afternoon to collect the sales and deposit it to bank.
