Do you normally use the reverse call strategy for talking to others when you have limited airtime balance?

In my country one is able to call someone with reverse call and once they pick up the phones its them that pay for that call. What do you say about that?

I mostly rejected the reversed calls because by doing so your airtime balance is being eaten up.

There is this service in Nigeria. Just that most people don't like to use it. Every major telecom service in Nigeria has it. It is called "Pay For Me" service.

I don't normally use this, one of the reasons is cause i don't always make calls. Most of my discussions are done online.
