Do you participate on the casino forum?

For me l a member for that paid to post forum. Mostly the people that are interested in the gambling industries can really be found on there. There is generally forums that everyone can participate on.

Does the Casino Forum pay members? Why is the owner strict? I never like a site having a site owner it is discouraging and demotivating.
