Do you pay tithes as a Christian?

Christians are obligated to pay ten per cent of their income as tithes, A lot of Christians follow that meticulously. I don't remember to always pay tithes because of too much financial needs. Do you pay 10% of your income as tithe to your church as a Christian?

I am not the religious person. But I do my tithing when I can as a form of charity to those who are in need.
