Do you prefer auto backup or manual backup on your devices?

For our tech devices, we need to backup files to the cloud so that we don't get to lose them. For some people, they prefer that the backups on their devices be handled manually by their own prompt while others prefer auto backup which allows the system to backup within a specified period.

Do you prefer automatic backups or manual backups on your devices?

I prefer auto backup because , sometimes i do forget to backup and i may loose infomation

I don't like taking risks, so I do the automatic backup. It might be that the day you can't do your manual backup that the disaster would occur and you lose all your files.

I prefer both. I do manual backup and still use automatic backup. I believe through this means i cover all likely loopholes. To lose important files can disorganise our business and personal lives.

I prefer to do the automatic backups because they might be times I would be so carried away with activities and I forget to backup manually.

WhatsApp often wants to run backup on my phone but I don't allow it to do automatically because there are useless files from groups that would be backed up automatically if I allow. I do it manually so I choose what to backup.

The manual backup has its own pros and cons. Just that with manual backup, you might end up forgetting to back up before a loss of data incident happens.
