Do you purchase computers online or offline

Though computers are available at a low price online, in some cases they malfunction. So do members of this forum purchase their computer online or offline?

I purchase both offline and online. My next laptop, I have plans of purchasing it online though, maybe by next year.

At the time I bought my computer, I didn't know how to purchase computers online and I had to buy offline.
