I have seen so many businesses when advertising their products and services they do quote the prices or fees but they usually tend to add that there is still room for negotiations which means they can even lower the prices upon some agreements.
If buy in bulk, there is a possible price negotiation. It is always the case if buy in volume. It could also happen to stores that sells retail. There is no negotiating for stores that sell whole sale products. There is big advantage if sell in wholesale or retail. It's simply because you're after of a discount.
