Do you really go with the staking of the Trons?

Of late l have heard about the potential rewards that comes with the staking of the cryptocurrency and most especially the Trons (TRX). What do you have to say about that for real?

I have been staking Tron (TRX) since the beginning of Tron coin launched in various Tron wallets, but unfortunately the price is very volatile and continues to fall, I tried to hold on for a year but finally I exchanged Tron with other cryptos to avoid further losses.
