In my neighborhood people are reluctant to support family businesses. Many prefer big brands to small, local businesses. Even when they can buy quality goods, they take it for granted and don't prioritize it. This slows down the growth of small businesses. However, some understand the value of supporting family and friends and become loyal customers. Consistency and quality are the foundation for building trust and sustainable growth.
