Do you really put off your device when sleeping?

For me l am going to bed very late, usually past the midnight. So l normally put my phone off for a peaceful deep night sleep

I used to sleep late, nowadays I sleep early to wake up very early for my offline work. I miss those days of waking up late.

No, I don't, because I turn on the music on my phone when I sleep. I only turn off the computer or the laptop.

For me l am l always leaving my phone devices on twenty four hour basis. This is because l would like to catch up calls and messages about my online work.

I keep my phone on 24 hours in case of a family emergency. Sometimes I wake up and I have received texts during the night but they don't wake me. Once my sister was ill in the early hours and I had to help her so I prefer to keep it on.

I completely turn off my smartphone at night because I don't want to hear any messages. No one will call me at night, even if it's the end of the world
